Screw Conveyors

The screw conveyor is designed as a pure conveying
device. The product is fed in evenly metered condition. As an alternative, the screw conveyor can be designed as a metering device. In this case the screw pitch and the speed are adapted to the required capacity.

Conveying technology of J.Engelsmann AG consists of:

• Single Conveying Screw.
• Double Conveying Screw.
• Small Metering Screw.

Single Conveying Screw :
Dust-free conveying of powdery or granular  components in the plastics, chemical, chemical-technical, pharmaceutical, textile, food and semiluxury food industry as well as in dye works and leather factories.

Double Conveying Screw :
Dustfree conveying of powdery or granular components in the plastics, chemical, chemical technical, pharmaceutical, textile, food and semiluxury food industries as well as in dye works and leather factories.

Small Metering Screw :
Volumetric metering of bulk goods and as a part of metering plants with several components. Special conveying spirals ensure exact discharge even of
products most difficult to handle. The small  metering screws are a logical supplementation to the conveying programme of Engelsmann. They are applied in the chemical, pharmaceutical, Food, plastics and similar industries.
